ORISSA COOPERATIVE COIR CORPORATION LTD., is a social development Institution, incorporated as a Apex society under Orissa Cooperative Societies Act, 1962 (Orissa Act 2 of 1963), having its office District Industries Centre Campus, Rasulgarh Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar, Dist.-Khurda, Pin-751010 is proposed as the Implementing Agency of this cluster.
